Furniture is produced according to the design, dimensions, and specifications selected and approved by the customer.
Minor design adjustments are allowed only during the initial planning stage and before the invoice is approved.
A 50% deposit of the total invoice value is payable in advance and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after manufacturing begins. The remaining 50% is due upon production completion and customer notification.
Production normally takes 15 to 25 business days and may take longer depending on the order type.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by emergency or force-majeure circumstances, while committing to notify the customer whenever possible.
The customer or their representative must inspect the furniture upon delivery or installation. Visible manufacturing issues must be reported within 24 to 48 hours.
Custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged after manufacturing starts or after final delivery, except for a substantial manufacturing defect for which the store is responsible.
Delivery and installation within Riyadh are free. Outside Riyadh, shipping is paid by the customer through approved shipping companies.
